Services

Therapy shaped around you

One-on-one work for adults and adolescents 13 and over—clear, collaborative, and paced for where you are today.

Individual therapy

For adults and adolescents 13 and over, in confidence

Sessions are conversational and private. We name what’s hard, notice patterns, and practice responses that fit your actual life—not a textbook version of it.

Office: 1020 Riverside Drive, Thompson, CT 06255. Clients come from Putnam, Woodstock, Windham County, and surrounding Connecticut towns—or connect by telehealth, including from Massachusetts when we’re a good clinical fit.

EMDR

Processing with support

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a core part of my work. It’s an evidence-based approach that helps the brain process and heal from distressing or stuck experiences, so they no longer carry the same intensity. We move at your pace, with a focus on feeling grounded and supported throughout.
